HD Furniture Gallery reserves the right to correct errors, revise product information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate pricing or availability. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual item.
All orders are subject to stock availability and final acceptance. We may request additional verification before processing an order. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by supplier delays, logistics, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture can safely fit through all access points before delivery.
HD Furniture Gallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through the website.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and branding, remains the property of HD Furniture Gallery and may not be reproduced without written consent.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from HD Furniture Gallery shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
PRIVACY POLICY
HD Furniture Gallery values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information.
Information we may collect includes your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, payment details, and order information. We may also collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and website usage data.
Your information may be used to process orders, coordinate deliveries, provide customer support, improve our services, and send promotional communications where consent has been provided.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. HD Furniture Gallery does not store full credit card information.
We do not sell or rent customer information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers such as delivery companies, payment processors, and logistics partners solely for the purpose of completing requested services.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
HD Furniture Gallery offers delivery services throughout Ontario using trusted delivery partners.
Orders over $2000 before tax within 100km qualify for Free Basic Delivery. Free Basic Delivery includes curb-side service only.
Optional upgraded services include:
• Inside Delivery
• Premium White Glove Delivery (delivery, placement, and assembly)
Additional fees apply for upgraded services and may vary by location and product.
For locations outside local delivery areas, deliveries may be made to a building entrance, common area, driveway, garage, or front door. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.
For safety and insurance reasons, delivery personnel cannot remove footwear or wear customer-requested shoe covers.
Orders that have shipped or been scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled. Refused deliveries may be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the product value, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and clearance for furniture.
Order confirmations are sent automatically after purchase. Our team may contact customers to verify order details.
Most products are treated as special-order merchandise unless otherwise stated.
Customized or made-to-order items: 3–8 weeks (exceptions may apply).
Third-party carrier deliveries may require up to 21 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@habitatdecor.ca with the order number, issue description, and supporting photographs. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement, repair, refund, or exchange consideration.
Mattresses and custom-made products are final sale.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to HD Furniture Gallery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos, the delivery date, and the sales order number.
Manufacturer warranty solutions may include replacement parts, repairs, or product replacement and may be provided instead of a refund.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee based on the final purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Final sale items include:
• Mattresses
• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Clearance merchandise
• As-Is products
Customers are responsible for measuring access points before purchase. If a product cannot fit into the home at delivery, a 40% cancellation fee will apply and any remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the product has not been received by us, shipped, dispatched, placed in transit, or committed with the supplier.
If these conditions cannot be met, a 40% cancellation fee will apply.
Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled.
Refused deliveries after shipment are subject to a 40% cancellation charge, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Special-order, custom-built, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started and are considered final sale.
Requests to modify or remove products from an order must be made before shipment. Processing status may affect eligibility.
HD Furniture Gallery does not provide refunds for price reductions or promotional changes occurring after purchase.
WARRANTY POLICY
Most products sold by HD Furniture Gallery are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Abuse or misuse
• Improper care or maintenance
• Commercial applications
• Product modifications
HD Furniture Gallery may request photographs or inspect the product before approving a warranty claim.
When a valid warranty issue is confirmed, HD Furniture Gallery may provide replacement parts, repair service, or product replacement at its discretion.
Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product category.
Clearance merchandise is sold as-is and does not include warranty coverage.
PICKUP POLICY
Customers may choose in-store pickup as an alternative to delivery.
When an order is ready, HD Furniture Gallery will notify the customer by phone or email.
Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation, ensuring their vehicle can safely accommodate the product, and loading items securely.
Once merchandise leaves the store, all transportation-related risk becomes the customer's responsibility.
Damage occurring after pickup does not qualify for return or exchange.
Delivery services remain available and fees are calculated based on distance, location, and order size. Eligible orders may qualify for complimentary local delivery.
